This role is look after our fundraising efforts nationally across the board. We are looking for people with experience in fundraising for not for profit organisations.

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation by coordinating volunteer onboarding, training, and management. Your role involves fostering a supportive environment where volunteers feel valued and motivated to contribute.
This role will cover many areas relating to land, flora and fauna, climate change, environment and conservation, policies and procedures, NZ environment as a whole, economic change, NZ history, Te Ao Maori views, digital world view, cyber security and so much more,
Your role will include the following; 1. Full use of Microsoft applications. 2. Set up meetings and be able to operate Zoom and or other virtual methods. 3. Scribe Minutes 4. Filing, accounts, database work, social media, and other applicable areas 5. Must allow for flexibility for this role.

Create learning modules using Adobe Captivate. Experience of H5P and Moodle software.
Mentor our volunteers who are learning how to use Captivate. We have the ‘All new’ version.
