To grow the participation and membership in athletics by improving the pathways and improving the alignment with the Auckland Community. This is similar to a flexible business management position with the potential to impact 5,000 Athletes and 30 clubs. We hope to transition the role into paid employment and in the interim will cover necessary fuel costs, a work meal allowance and complimentary access to the track, gym and coaching.
