Come and join our friendly group! We meet every six to eight weeks (hui is organised to suit everyone's availability) on an evening in Motueka, usually around 7.30 pm for about an hour or an hour and a half). We are a small group but we have a great camaraderie. We have a lot of laughs together. The opportunity is available for approximately four hours a month.

Blind Low Vision require drivers to bring members to group activities fortnightly or monthly. This enables our members to interact with others for peer support, and the volunteer to meet other like minded people.

Are you our next E Waste Warrior? We are currently recruiting E Waste Warriors to support the Nelson Environment Centre's E-waste programme! You would help to recycle and reuse items to keep electronic and electrical waste out of landfill. Weekday hours are preferred at this stage, but weekend hours may be possible.

HQ is a youth space provided by Whanake Youth, open Monday - Friday, from 3:30pm - 5pm, for rangatahi aged 13 - 24. The volunteers role is to support young people to have fun, connect, create, chill, and learn, in a space that is created by young people, for young people.

For a time investment of less than 2 hours a week you can have a substantial impact on the lives of people with disabling illnesses or injuries. We need a volunteer to watch people as they exercise in the Nelson Hospital hydrotherapy pool to ensure that they are as safe as we can make them.

The Kai Rescue Kia Collection Support doesn't drive but supports the driver for collecting, inspecting, loading and delivering perishable and nonperishable product from donors and delivering the food to the Kai Rescue depot. We are looking for someone who has flexibility across the week to relieve our regular volunteers when they are unavailable. The role is quite physical, to would suit people who have a reasonable level of fitness and no injuries.
