We will be having our collection booths at various locations around the city again this year and are looking for volunteers to help on the Friday 29th August. If you are a people person, great listener and enjoy driving, this is the role for you! Supporting clients who would otherwise struggle to get to their treatment, you will help by transporting clients from their homes in Whanganui to either the local hospital, Mid Central Hospital or Hutt Hospital.

Hospice Whanganui is only partially funded by government, over 20% of our funding comes from the income we raise through our retail shops, our retail volunteers are all contributing to providing palliative care to the wider Whanganui community.
