Youth Settlement Volunteers provide help to Settlement Youth Workers for events that support refugee background young people in their settlement journey. These events provide vital opportunities for refugee background young people to build connections with others in their communities. Events may include workshops, sharing kai and sports days. Youth Settlement volunteers empower rangatahi, provide safe environments and help create spaces where young people can thrive.

Help a former refugee gain their driver licence in 2024. It’s fun, rewarding and life-changing! We are currently seeking exceptional driving practice volunteers. People who care deeply about supporting new kiwis from a refugee background to resettle well and reach their goals. You will need to be a patient, confident driver available to practice twice a week with your learner in a dual control car until they are test ready. It is fun, rewarding and life changing!
