Duties may include helping families with practical day-to-day tasks, offering emotional support, modelling positive parenting and facilitating positive change as well as linking families with community activities and services. Support new parents at a challenging time so they can give their children the best start in life.

    We're urgently looking for friendly volunteer drivers to join one of our five Middlemore volunteer teams Aries, Leda, Mango, Virgo or Pisces. We need five volunteers each weekday. Meals from the Middlemore pick-up point are delivered to Papatoetoe, Mangere East, Mangere Bridge, Otahuhu and Mt Wellington. Shifts start and end at the meal pick-up point on Hospital Road in Middlemore. Meal pick-up time is 10:30am Monday to Friday. Petrol vouchers will be provided.

We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across New Zealand. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.
