Colour Run Volunteers Wanted! | Event Day + Lead-Up Roles | Motueka 18 July 2026

We’re looking for enthusiastic, community-minded volunteers to help make the Colour Run an incredible success — both in the lead-up to the event and on the day itself.

Pre-Event Volunteers (Now – 18 July)

• Fundraising Support – helping drive participant registrations, school engagement, and the Battle of the Schools competition • Sponsorship Outreach – approaching local businesses and community organisations to secure sponsorship and in-kind support • Community & Social Media – helping spread the word across social platforms, community groups, and school networks • Event Logistics & Coordination – assisting with supplier communications, equipment organisation, and making sure everything is confirmed and in place ahead of the day • School & Community Liaison – connecting with schools, sports clubs, and community groups to boost team sign-ups and participation

On the Day – 18 July 2026

• Colour Stations – manning powder colour throw points along the course • Registration & Check-In – welcoming participants and managing event check-in • Course Marshals – guiding participants safely along the route • Kids’ Activity Zone – supporting tamariki and whānau in our sensory-friendly activity area • Pack-Up Crew – helping with post-event pack-down and site clean-up • General Event Support – wherever the energy is needed most!
