We are the Volunteer Centre for Tauranga, the Western Bay of Plenty and surrounds. Our role is to is champion, grow and sustain volunteering across the Western Bay of Plenty and surrounds. We promote volunteering and help connect volunteers to opportunities with local for-purpose organisations. We provide training and networking opportunities along with up-to-date resources for local volunteer-involving organisations. We are supporting disaster readiness by building a database of emergency volunteers and an emergency volunteering management system.
