WANTED: SANTA CLAUS!

Have you got what it takes to be Santa?
We're looking for a jolly, friendly and enthusiastic volunteer to step into the big red suit
and help us spread some Christmas magic!
This December, the Ngaio Marsh House & Heritage Trust is hosting a special Santa
Photography Fundraiser, giving families the opportunity to have their Christmas photos
taken by a professional photographer in the beautiful surroundings of Dame Ngaio
Marsh's historic home.
We're looking for someone who can bring Santa to life, create wonderful memories for
families and help us raise much-needed funds to preserve this special piece of
Christchurch's heritage.
What you'll be doing
• Dressing up as Santa and posing for professional Christmas photographs with
families, children and potentially pets.
• Welcoming visitors with plenty of Christmas cheer and a hearty "Ho, ho, ho!"
• Chatting with children and helping create a fun, relaxed and memorable
experience.
• Working alongside our photographer and friendly volunteers to keep sessions
running smoothly.
What we're looking for
• A warm, friendly personality and a great sense of humour.
• Someone who enjoys interacting with children and families.
• Patience, enthusiasm and a willingness to embrace the Christmas spirit.
• Availability for both Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December.
• The ability to comfortably wear a Santa costume and participate in photography
sessions for several hours, with breaks.
No previous Santa experience required! Just a willingness to bring some festive magic
to life.
