Volunteers Needed – 2027 Asian Lunar New Year Festival

We are looking for volunteers to help make our festival a success! We need support in the following areas:

1. Vehicle Traffic Management – Historic Village Gates

• Morning shift: 4 volunteers, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Afternoon shift: 4 volunteers, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Responsibilities: Help manage vehicle entry and exit at the Historic Village gates and assist with traffic flow to ensure the safety of visitors.

2. Front Gate Reception

• Morning shift: 2 volunteers, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Afternoon shift: 2 volunteers, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, provide event information, and assist with general enquiries.

3. Security Support

• 4 volunteers required
• Responsibilities: Help monitor the event area, support crowd management, and report any safety concerns to the event organisers.
