Event Volunteers (Tauranga Moana Races Against Family Violence)
Family Works Northern supported by Volunteering Services (BOP)
This event is from social services Tauranga to raise an awareness against family violence. It will be on 7th November and Saturday, rain date is 14th November.
Roles include:
- Setup (Registration Table and gazebos)
- Assist to run different fun races
- Help with BBQ
- Setup a Shoe Exhibition
- Fun races for kids and older people (spoon and potato)
- Prize giving and keeping the track clear
- Clean up and wrap up
It's an opportunity to meet the different agencies and encourage people to live life without violence.
