Do you find joy in being outdoors? Whether you're just starting your gardening journey or you're an experienced green thumb, we'd love to welcome you to our garden at Nelson Women's Centre.

Our gardens are an important part of our community space, helping create a peaceful, welcoming environment for the women and non-binary people who visit our centre. As a community-based NGO, we believe everyone has something valuable to contribute—and we'd love to have you as part of our volunteer whānau.

  • General garden tidy-ups

These are flexible, practical tasks that make a huge difference to keeping our grounds beautiful and welcoming.
