Want to help care for one of Tauranga’s beautiful reserves? Join us at the Waimapu Estuary for a morning of hands-on conservation. We’ll be meeting on Monday 6th July from 09.30 to plant native trees in a stretch of the estuary margin. This effort helps to improve the native biodiversity of the area. No tools required – just wear closed-toe shoes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you’re keen to join, please register by emailing Angus Gough at Tauranga City Council: [email protected]. More details will be shared once you’ve signed up. We’d love to see you there!
