
Secretary – Hibiscus Coast Softball Club (Honorarium Included)
Hibiscus Coast Softball Club (HBC) is a family-oriented club on Auckland's Hibiscus Coast, providing softball opportunities for players of all ages since 1995. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Secretary to join our committee.
Key Duties • Coordinate committee meetings, agendas and minutes • Manage club correspondence and membership records • Maintain club documents • Help coordinate volunteers and club communications
Skills and Experience • Good organisational and communication skills • Basic computer and administration skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Previous committee experience is helpful but not essential
Training and Support A full handover and ongoing support will be provided by the committee.
