
Hibiscus Coast Softball Club is seeking a community-minded and organised volunteer to take on the role of Treasurer, providing sound financial stewardship and supporting informed Committee decision-making.
The role involves managing Xero transactions, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, income tracking (subs, sponsorship and grants), monthly financial reporting, maintaining clear systems and controls, and supporting year-end handover to the accountant. The time commitment is predictable and manageable — approximately 1 hour per week in the off-season, 2–3 hours per week in-season, plus a small annual year-end peak — and is not a daily role, with around 100–110 practical Treasurer actions per month based on current volumes.
We’re looking for someone with integrity, accuracy, and strong organisational skills who enjoys contributing behind the scenes to help our club remain sustainable and thriving.
