Job Description – General Committee Member This role is voluntary.

Reports To: Nelson Community Toy Library

Purpose Support the Toy Library by attending regular meetings, participating in discussions and actively contributing to the decision making processes. Maintaining proper procedures.

General Responsibilities Attending regular (monthly) committee meetings. Participating in committee discussions, toy library matters and actively taking part in the decision making process for Toy Library issues. Running duty sessions if required. Taking part in fundraising events and initiatives, and assisting in the organisation of events related to the Toy Library. Assisting the other committee members with the annual stock take. Being a positive advocate for Toy Libraries and supporting other committee members in their positioned roles when required.
