Farmers Santa Parade - Behind the Scenes

Role Description: Be part of the action behind the scenes by joining the Dispersal Team at the Farmers Santa Parade! As a Dispersal volunteer, you’ll be stationed at the end of the parade route, helping to guide floats, performers, and participants safely and efficiently out of the dispersal zone. This is a vital role that helps ensure a smooth and well-organised conclusion to the parade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting parade participants and floats as they exit the route and return to their vehicles or designated areas.
• Providing clear and friendly instructions to ensure safe and orderly dispersal.
• Monitoring crowd and vehicle movement to help maintain safety in a high-traffic zone.
• Supporting your team leader with any logistical needs in the dispersal area.

You must also be available on the rain date: Sunday 6th of December. • All Farmers Santa Parade volunteers will receive a Parade t-shirt and a packed lunch.
