Assets management

At the Brook Waimārama Sanctuary, we are working to bring nature back to Nelson, Te Tau Ihu (the top of the South Island) and New Zealand, via a wildlife sanctuary on Nelson city’s doorstep.

The Assets management team meets on Monday and Friday mornings, from 8:30am to roughly midday, to work on a variety of practical tasks in the yard and around the fence.

The benefits of joining the team include the pleasure of working in our native bush, the satisfaction of being involved in a worthwhile project, and the company of the other team members.

You will need average fitness, some practical skills, and enthusiasm for a job well done.
