Mentors will:

• have a good knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand work environment and culture.
• have recent experience of applying for roles and working in Wellington.
• have very strong written and spoken English.
• have knowledge of where and how to look for jobs in Wellington ie job search techniques and job application techniques such as cover letters, CVs and interview processes.
• have an awareness and empathy for other cultures and the issues new migrants face when settling in New Zealand.
