Check-In Assistants: Welcome and check-in attendees as they arrive. Provide wristbands and programs. Answer any initial questions from guests.

Runners: Assist with various tasks throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Help speakers and attendees find their way around the venue. Support the event management team with ad-hoc tasks.

Stagehands: Assist with the setup and breakdown of stage equipment. Ensure that the stage area is organized and ready for each speaker. Manage any stage-related needs during the event.

Ushers: Guide attendees to their seats and manage crowd flow. Help maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere during presentations. Assist with any special seating arrangements.
