Have you got or looking to gain customer service experience? We are looking for volunteers to work in the retail shop here at Natureland. This is a front-facing role welcoming happy customers into the park.

The main duties include ticketing, retail sales, re-stocking shelves, selling memberships, taking birthday party bookings, and informing visitors of the zoo's daily activities.

Applications should be confident in a public-facing role, able to use initiative, and able to work unsupervised.

Our volunteers are valued members of our team, and we thank you for considering this role. Although this role is not directly hands-on with the animals you will be making a huge difference to helping us contribute to their wellbeing. We are an outwardly focused conservation organisation that creates meaningful connections between people, places, and animals.
