- A strong communicator who relates well to young people
- Reliable, organised and approachable
- Comfortable working with young people aged 13–18
- Confident supporting marginalised and neurodiverse young people
- Interested in developing their own facilitation, governance and leadership skills
Previous experience working with young people would be valuable, but the role may also suit someone wanting to build their experience in youth work, education, governance, community development or facilitation.
Time commitment: Approximately 100 volunteer hours per year, including monthly meetings, preparation, communication, recruitment, planning and occasional events.
Term: October 2026 – April 2028, with the role renewable annually thereafter.
