Are you passionate about supporting families when they need practical help at dinnertime? Do you have governance experience and the drive to help a growing charity thrive?

Bellyful New Zealand is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Board and contribute to our mission of delivering meals to whānau who have babies and young children and are without a support network.

Bellyful has a small National Support Team (currently 3.2FTE) that supports our 25 volunteer-run branches across Aotearoa. A Chief Executive leads this small, highly impactful team that manages Bellyful's strategy, food systems, finances, communications, admin, funding and volunteer development and support.

Our branches stretch from Auckland's Hibiscus Coast in the North to Invercargill in the South. Each is run by a Branch Coordinator or two, supported by a leadership team that overseas core branch activities and branch volunteers.

We have a Board of Trustees who volunteer their time and expertise to oversee the organisation, employ the CE, provide direction and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our communities and are compliant with all our statutory requirements.

We have grown consistently over our 17 year history and last financial year our 778 volunteers cooked and delivered 41,507 meals to 7,119 families across the country.  Our Board plays a crucial role in shaping the organisation's future, ensuring sustainability, supporting our team and enhancing our impact.
