Creative Souls Wanted: Help Bring ‘Miniature India’ to Life!
We are bringing the vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and rich heritage of India to the heart of Christchurch! Our "Miniature India" workshops are a space for creativity, connection, and celebration. We are looking for 20 enthusiastic, fun-filled volunteers to join our art squad, help run our sessions, and create wonderful pieces together.
Workshop Details & Location When: Every Sunday, 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Where: Multicultural Recreation and Community Centre, 455 Hagley Avenue, Christchurch
Capacity: Looking for 20 volunteers
The Role Do you love getting crafty? We need creative hands to assist in our upcoming art workshops. Enjoy Diverse cultures and stories. Whether you are a seasoned artist or just love a good creative project, Join us to learn and share your regional cultural arts and crafts while working with us, we would love to hear your stories and culture.
You will be:
Painting on coasters, wall art, and crafting with us.
Learning to master the vibrant folk arts of India, share and listern to diverse cultures .
Who We’re Looking For Fun-Filled Personalities: You bring good energy and love meeting new people.
Creative Flair: You don’t need to be a professional artist, but you should enjoy painting, crafting, and working with your hands.
Eager to Learn: An enthusiasm to learn traditional Indian arts and crafts.
