Minute-taker for Board of Trustees

Family Link require a minute-taker for their bi-monthly Board of Trustees meetings

Family Link staff educate and support family members who have a loved one experiencing mental unwellness and/or addiction.

The Board of Trustees meeting is typically one and a half hours in length. The meeting is held at the Family Link offices in the Historic Village, Tauranga

You will be required to attend the meeting, take the minutes during the meeting, complete writing them up after the meeting and email them to the Trust Manager and Board of Trustees chairperson within two days of the meeting.
