Volunteer Driver/Vehicle Support

Tasks may include:  

• Handle all collection and delivery requests with care, integrity, and efficiency. 

• Pick up donated goods and deliver purchased items following Hospice procedures e.g. Furniture, bric a brac, clothing. 

• Transfer goods between shops as requested/directed. 

• Perform vehicle checks before and after each use and keep vehicles clean, tidy and fuelled for the next driver. 

• Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in line with Hospice policy. 

• Follow all driving-related policies and procedures when using a Hospice vehicle.
