Literacy and Numeracy tutor assistants

At the Rowley Community Centre in Hoon Hay you will support students with their literacyor numeracy learning. Work one on one with support from the class tutor on Tuesday mornings 9 -12:00 pm when the students focus on literacy. Or Thursday mornings 9 - 12 when the focus is on numeracy. The tutor will explain your role and support you to undertake the work to support learners. This role will provide you with the opportunity to support the learners to improve their skills. Free parking at venue. You will get initial orientation training with ongoing support from the tutor. This role will provide you with the opportunity to support the learners to improve their skills. Annual volunteer training session and end of year volunteer lunch. Possible free parking at venue if available. Satisfaction of helping others. Clear police record required. Regular attendance each week is needed.
