A female Mandarin speaking volunteer tutor assistant is needed to help students with a beginner English language class. Volunteers are needed to support the tutor in this beginner ESOL class. Volunteers will work one on one with Chinese or other learners in assisting them with class activities under the guidance of the tutor. Volunteers need to be able to attend their allocated session each week during term time and you will need lots of patience as the students are very much beginner learners. The class is held on Friday mornings 8:30 -12:30pm. The rewards of this role include working with a wide range of people, contributing to the community and participating in a learning environment. We offer free parking, orientation, annual training session, and a Christmas lunch for volunteers. Parking may be available on site
