Event Day Volunteers - NZ 10km & Race Walking Championships

We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support the delivery of the 2026 NZ Road & Race Walking Championships.

Event Details:

• Saturday 29 August
• Lake Rotomanu, New Plymouth
• Time: Races from 9am to 3pm See New Zealand's top Road Runners and Race Walkers compete for New Zealand titles. There is also a social 5km event and a kids 2.5km event.

This event is run by Athletics New Zealand and we are looking for local volunteers to support.

Roles available:

• Event set up support
• Race registration & bib pick up
• Course marshalling
• Prize giving support

Please note: All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
