Home share Dementia Day Programme Support

The Dementia Mate Wareware Home share programme is hosted in Rangiora in a private home.
It is a small gathering of people in a family like atmosphere. The programme is tailored to suit the needs of the individuals' interests. The time for the group is spent with others to share conversations, activities and connections. Sometimes there are outings organised. There is a lunch provided on the day.

Your role as the Volunteer is to assist the Host with the day. You will be someone who enjoys small groups, likes to have a conversation on various topics and would enjoy the outings with the group. A Driver's license is required in case of emergencies.
