Volunteer Lead

The Yarns Men are looking for a Volunteer Lead to help us grow and support our volunteer crew. This role is all about bringing good people in, helping them feel welcome, and making sure they stick around.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and onboard new volunteers
• Keep volunteers informed, supported and engaged
• Help match people to roles that suit them
• Create simple systems so volunteering is easy and enjoyable
• Build a strong, positive volunteer culture

• A people person who enjoys connecting with others
• Organised and reliable
• Good communicator
• Someone who cares about community and giving back
