Hagley Learning Centre managed by Volunteering Canterbury
Every Tuesday and Thursday 5-7pm at Hagley Collage.
We have a family learning hub session to help young people succeed in the New Zealand education system. As a part of this, we have a secondary school break out session, and require volunteers to help in the classroom with homework and interact with people new to New Zealand. This is really rewarding work, and will develop skills in cross cultural connection.
Pizza will be provided including dietary options.
You will need to submit a police vetting form in order to come and help.
