Are you a keen gamer who loves connecting with others? IHC is looking for a kind, friendly volunteer who’s keen to jump online and play games with someone in the community. Specifically playing the games Raft, Stardew Valley, and Pal World! Perhaps you enjoy comics and a bit of anime too? If you’re comfortable using Discord, happy to chat about life, and enjoy spending time together online, this could be a great fit. No special skills required — just keen to game and have a chat!

Make a difference in your community - volunteer with IHC! Play a big part the life of a person with an intellectual disability and the work IHC does by joining one of our Volunteer Friendship or Skill-based Learning or Group Volunteering Programmes.

Type of volunteer role: Online Friendship About the programme: • Volunteers must be aged 18 years or over • Volunteers should live in close proximity to the person they will be supporting • Full training and ongoing support is provided by IHC • Police vetting and reference checks are required before volunteering • Volunteer matches are carefully made based on shared interests, location and availability.
