The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Local Coordinators across Auckland to support our local GirlGuiding community. You’ll act as the key link between units, leaders, and the wider national organisation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating, problem-solving, and helping volunteers thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for local units and leaders.
- Support and encourage leaders in their roles.
- Help organise local events and activities.
- Facilitate clear communication between units and GirlGuiding NZ.
- Monitor and share updates about local unit activity and needs.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and supportive.
- Enjoy working with volunteers and young people.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
