You will be supporting a group of 5 young people with intellectual disabilities to learn valuable life skills through an 8-week educational course called 'On the Move'.

This group is led by a Recreate NZ facilitator - your role is to encourage participation, provide support, and be a positive role model for our young people as they develop healthy life skills throughout the course. This group get out into the community and try different activities each week such as boxing, dancing, kayaking, surfing, cricket and rugby.

This course encourages our young people to think about different ways to move, look after your body and to make other healthy life choices.
