Canterbury Coastguard is seeking a Volunteer Unit Secretary to play a vital role in supporting the Unit Board and volunteers who help save lives on the ater.
As Unit Secretary you will help keep the organisation running efficiently by managing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining record and correspondence, supporting annual reporting, and ensuring important governance and administrative processes are well managed.
We are looking for someone who: has strong communication skills is organised and accurate with records and minute taking can maintain confidentiality has good word processing and administrative skills enjoys supporting a team and making a difference
