Each group has a facilitator (person in charge) and a volunteer to support them. You would be working in an extended team - the activities and social media are managed by our administration staff, and the board members and other staff members would be available for guidance and support. We would work together with the group to plan activities.

The groups are about relationship building, so an ability to connect with people at different levels is a must. The members of the group also value stability, so we are looking for volunteers who are happy to commit to coming regularly (if it is a good fit).
