Put on a show to celebrate the oldest creative space in New Zealand! Vincents Art Workshop needs an experienced event planner to organise their 2025 40th Anniversary show. Vincents Art Workshop provides community access to arts and craft facilities, skilled tuition, and materials within a supportive environment. The studio uses the creative process to help resolve the internal conflicts a person may be experiencing, enabling the development of self-esteem and individual potential. For the 40th anniversary show they are looking for an event coordinator to seek out and book a venue suitable for hosting around 200 - 300 people, displaying artwork of various mediums, including larger canvases, clay and fabric works.

There will be an audio visual display, and speeches from invited guests, so the venue also needs to have AV facilities. They need someone who has experience hiring caterers and communicating with venue and catering staff on site. Insight into setting up e-ticketing processes is also appreciated!
