We are a small, friendly team of health professionals dedicated to making life better for all people affected by mate wareware/dementia in our community.

The Active Brain and Connection group is for people in the very early stages of mate wareware/dementia to come together in a small group (8-10 max) for friendship and cognitively stimulating activities that are relaxing and enjoyable.

Key Tasks: To work alongside the Demential Advisor and volunteer team to ensure the smooth running of the group:

• set up room and prepare for the activity if necessary
• welcome and farewell clients
• support the Dementia Advisor during the session
