We meet in the morning of the second Wednesday of each month to knit items for donation to local families. Typically we knit items for babies such at beanies, singlets, jackets and blankets and deliver them to the local hospital. You will also help keeping records for the group.

Role description

Our knitting groups craft treasures that are delivered to people in need or sold to support our work.

Your tasks

Your volunteer role may include:

  • Knitting hats, blankets, and scarves.
  • Delivering these items.
  • Selling items at markets.
