Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Arrange and display/remove the sandwich board at beginning and end of day.
  • Collect keys from telephone operators and two-way radio from information desk at 8.30am every day.
  • Ensure buggy is returned to storage area and that the buggy is plugged in for recharging overnight
  • Return keys to telephone operators and two way radio to information desk at 4.30pm.
  • The route includes the public car park, some bus stops, Emergency Department and Tipahi Street, picking up and dropping off visitors and patients.
  • Provide prompt response to requests for transport from waiting public.
  • Assist elderly, children and those with special needs and ensure they are transported safely with seat belts.
