ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Community Engagement Specialist at Youthmix will play a key role in actively engaging with our online community across various platforms. You will be responsible for fostering meaningful interactions, responding to member inquiries, and creating a positive experience for our community. Your focus will be on growing engagement, building relationships, and ensuring that our members feel connected to Youthmix's mission and activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Actively engaging with members on all Youthmix social media platforms.
• Responding promptly to comments, messages, and questions from the community to foster a welcoming environment.
• Initiating and participating in discussions that encourage member involvement and engagement.
• Monitoring and moderating conversations to ensure that the community is respectful and aligned with Youthmix's values.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to highlight key community stories and interactions.
• Tracking community engagement metrics and providing insights to improve community growth and interaction.
• Identifying opportunities to improve community experience and create deeper connections with our members.
• Staying up-to-date with trends and best practices in community engagement to implement new strategies.
