ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Social Media Coordinator at Youthmix will be responsible for uploading and scheduling posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and values. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is created on time, and you’ll take the lead in planning what each post should be about. This position focuses on managing the flow of social media content, keeping our platforms active, and ensuring the right messages reach our audience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Uploading and scheduling posts on all Youthmix social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Planning and maintaining a content calendar that outlines the topics and objectives for each post.
• Coordinating with internal team members to ensure content is created, edited, and ready for posting on time.
• Ensuring each post aligns with the overall brand and marketing goals.
• Tracking the performance of social media posts and gathering insights to inform future content planning.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A proactive attitude in chasing up content from internal teams and ensuring timely execution.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to ensure all posts are accurate, on-brand, and engaging.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends to ensure relevant and timely content.
