Experienced Senior Website Developers (Designing and Coding)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Website Audit -Conduct a thorough audit of the current website (if applicable), including design, content, functionality, security, and SEO. Project Planning & Roadmap -Define project goals, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. -Create detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Design & Development -Lead the design process, ensuring UI/UX consistency. -Develop both front-end and back-end components. -Ensure mobile responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization. Content Management Integration -Collaborate with content creators for seamless content updates. -Optimize website for search engines and implement analytics tools.

  2. Testing & Deployment -Conduct extensive testing (cross-browser, functionality, security). -Deploy the website to production, ensuring minimal downtime.

  3. Ongoing Maintenance & Support -Provide regular updates and technical support. -Monitor security, performance, and user experience post-launch.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development.

Preferred Skills: -Proven track record of designing, developing, and launching complex websites. -Strong knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Expertise in back-end frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, Ruby on Rails). -Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). -Experience in API integrations, security protocols, and cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud). -Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. -Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects end-to-end. Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools.
