Dynamic and Experienced Senior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, including website visuals, social media graphics, banners, print collateral, and more. -Lead branding and rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all materials. -Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure visuals align with the strategic goals of each campaign. -Provide creative direction and oversee design processes to ensure project objectives are met. -Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas. -Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by junior designers. -Ensure quality control over concepts and projects before final delivery.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and digital media.
Skills: -Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). -Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in various types of graphic design including digital, print, and branding. -Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills. -Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly. -Experience in managing projects and collaborating.
