Skills Required Cultural Expertise: -In-depth knowledge of tikanga Māori, including its historical, social, and spiritual dimensions. -Demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in practical and contemporary settings. Experience: -Significant experience in a cultural advisory role, particularly within Māori or indigenous contexts. -Experience with policy development and organizational consulting is highly desirable Communication Skills: -Exceptional ability to articulate cultural concepts and practices clearly to diverse audiences, including non-Māori stakeholders. -Skilled in both written and verbal communication. -Deep understanding of the cultural history of NZ. -Te Reo Maori language is advantageous. -Deep understanding of Maori history & Tikanga.
