Banyuhay Aotearoa is hosting a “Barangay Day” (Community Day) event to provide our Filipino migrants a single venue where they can avail services that will assist them in their daily lives as residents in New Zealand. This year’s Barangay Day event will be held in Auckland on the 23rd of November with a special focus on families.

Barangay Day will also feature a Filipino market organised by Batang Pinoy NZ that will showcase food, crafts, and other business ventures that members of our migrant community are involved in.

It will also be a day filled with kids' activities, traditional Filipino games, and entertainment that will show off Pinoy talent and the richness of our culture, including a very special appearance of Kim Chiu, a much-loved Filipino celebrity brought to us by TFC - The Filipino Channel!

For Barangay Banyuhay Family Day on the 23rd of November, we are needing help for the following:

• Event Day Setup and Pack-up
• Event Day social media coverage
• AV & Tech Support
• Stage/Event runners
• Information Desk
• Ushers

All confirmed volunteers will be briefed to properly set expectations about their roles and responsibilities before the event.
