Support the governance function of our charitable organisation and the awesome parents volunteering their time to make it all work. We’re looking for someone who can commit for a 1-year term.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Calling monthly meetings
• Ensuring the AGM happens, and Annual Return is filed to Charities Service
• Making grant applications to funders and completing accountability docs
• Responding to messages / requests from key stakeholders
• Being a signatory on the bank account (along with others)
