The Kapiti Foodbank provides compassionate support to meet emergency food needs in our Kapiti Community, by providing free food parcels to those in need. As an incorporated society the Foodbank is governed by a volunteer Board who are elected annually. They are currently seeking interest for new Secretary to join the Board from October 2024. Task involved in this role include taking care of Board papers, including meeting agendas, minutes and distribution of reports, and writing letters of appreciation to supporters of the Foodbank especially after an event or Food drive.
