As the Treasurer of Te Kotahitanga FC, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and oversight of our beloved club. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budget preparation, bookkeeping, and ensuring that our committee stays informed about our financial status at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Budget preparation in consultation with the committee
• Oversight of banking activities and financial records
• Monthly reporting to the General Committee
• Maintenance of accurate income and expenditure records
• Liaising with external parties regarding financial matters
• Participation in the monthly committee meetings and the ongoing communication and discussion forums
